Alf – a hidden coffee gem tucked away amidst the bustling city streets – had to serve up one of the tastiest iced lattes I've had in a long time.

But asides from that, walking into Alf Cafe felt like stepping inside my dream Pinterest home decor board.

Opening Hours? ⏰ This café has you sorted whether you're an early bird or a night owl. Alf opens bright and early at 7:00 AM and stays open late, well past midnight. However, on Saturdays, they take it easy and open at 12:30 PM, so plan accordingly!

One thing I noticed while exploring Riyadh is that coffee culture thrives in the evenings.

While mornings are typically quieter, cafes like Alf come alive at night, with locals spending their evenings indulging in desserts and coffee. It’s a stark contrast to the UK’s café culture, where mornings take centre stage.

Alf offers outdoor seating, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze on those cooler evenings, catch up with friends, or simply soak in the ambiance. So whether you’re sipping solo or pulling up chairs for your crew, Alf Café has a space just for you.
